This is a full-time on-site position for a German Customer Service Representative based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their travel-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering a smooth customer experience, and maintaining excellent support standards. The individual will be expected to handle customer interactions professionally and contribute to creating a positive brand image.

• Customer Service expertise, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and providing exceptional Customer Support
• Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a positive Customer Experience
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
