Key Responsibilitie
- sConduct regular quality audits and assessments on German-language transactions/interactions
- .Analyze performance data and identify areas for process improvement
- .Utilize Excel and Run Charts to track performance metrics, identify trends, and visualize variations over time
- .Collaborate with team leads to provide constructive feedback and actionable coaching insights
- .(Preferred) Build or maintain Power BI dashboards to streamline quality reporting
.What We Are Looking Fo
- rExperience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Quality Assurance or data-driven analytical role
- .Language Skills
- :German: B2+ or higher (excellent written and verbal communication)
- .English: B2 or higher (working proficiency for internal communication)
- .Technical Skills
- :Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, formulas)
- .Proven experience working with Run Charts for data trend analysis
- .Knowledge of Power BI is a strong plus
