Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance.
  • Monitor team performance.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to management

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good command of English
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing teams in a BPO, contact center.
