Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relations Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will act as a primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and via phone or email.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in organizing special events or activities for guests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software related to guest management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
