Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and via phone or email.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in organizing special events or activities for guests as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a guest relations or customer service role preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to guest management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
