Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for German-speaking professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via various communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience while adhering to company protocols and maintaining high-quality standards. Providing accurate product or service information and handling escalations with a customer-first approach will be key priorities in this role.
