Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Representative who speaks German. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our services, resolving complaints, and assisting with troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations

  • Experience with CRM systems and data management tools

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
