Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Customer Service Representative who speaks German. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about our services, resolving complaints, and assisting with troubleshooting issues.
