Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in New Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for various roles within the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. The specialist will handle candidate communication, schedule assessments and interviews, support offer negotiation and onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with iQor's people-first culture. The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, preparing regular hiring reports, and contributing to employer branding and recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understand role requirements, and provide consultative support on hiring decisions.
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and standard office software to track candidates and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the employer brand professionally to candidates.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment, prioritizing multiple roles while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Familiarity with sourcing through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referral programs; experience in BPO or CX industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic employment practices and recruitment best practices; ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical hiring standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment
  • Fluency in Deutsch, with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage B2/C1
