Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic German Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and bilingual (German-speaking) roles. This position requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to deliver a seamless candidate experience while aligning with business needs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for technical and bilingual roles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and innovative methods to attract top talent.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates technical skills, language proficiency, and overall fit.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic insights on talent markets.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and internal teams.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture pipelines for recurring technical and bilingual positions, engaging passive candidates proactively.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally, promoting a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding to ensure timely and successful new hire integration.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ months in recruitment or 1+ year in a customer service role.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and ATS tools.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Ability to assess technical competencies and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
