Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a German Technical Support (Tier 3) position located in Cairo, Egypt. The German Technical Support representative will handle complex technical issues, provide advanced troubleshooting, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering effective solutions. The role includes analyzing technical problems, collaborating with other teams for resolution when needed, and maintaining detailed documentation of support cases. Communication with customers will primarily be in German.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Support and advanced troubleshooting
  • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site setting and manage a fast-paced working environment
  • Relevant technical education, certifications, or equivalent experience in IT or a related field
  • Prior experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 Technical Support roles is a plus
