You will be part of a dynamic and growing GUCCI Women Ready to Wear Product Development team in Novara.

• Lead and oversee the whole processes of the women ready to wear collection product development
• Manage a team of product developers and work closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection
• Ensure that the agreed timing for the collection development is respected
• Liaise on a daily basis with the atelier and with Pattern Making Department to check the collection progress and guarantee delivery and quality of garments
• Attend fitting meetings
• Act as a point of reference for the merchandising collection office
• Guarantee the correct use of the product development dedicated systems and analyze any possible critical points
• Anticipate potential issues in collection development
• Strive for innovative solutions

• An individual with an extensive post qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar role and a profound knowledge of WRTW collection development in luxury companies
• Enlightened and reliable leader in managing a large team
• A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details
• A collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
• An effectivecommunicator with strong interpersonal skills
• A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and at different levels in the company
• Highly organized and with demonstrated thoroughness to ensure quality work
• Willing to travel in Italy and abroad from time to time
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
