The successful candidate should be comfortable operating in lean and evolving environment where a hands-on approach is required.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience in a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership role.
- SGX reporting experience required
- Prior experience within manufacturing is highly preferred
- Comfortable operating in lean and evolving environment where a hands-on approach is required
- Resilient, adaptable, and effective in navigating ambiguity, changes, and complex business challenges
- Proven experience in stabilising and transforming finance functions, with the ability to identify issues, implement effective processes, and take a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Required: Immediate availability, or a notice period of no more than 1 month
Job Scope
Reporting to CEO and working closely with the Board, this role offers the opportunity to strengthen processes, shape the finance agenda, and build a scalable foundation for future growth.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a hands-on and commercially minded finance leader who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial governance, supporting business decisions, and driving changes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control activities.
- Partner closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board on financial strategy and business performance.
- Oversee SGX reporting, statutory compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead organisation-wide finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation, chart of accounts redesign, process improvements, and control enhancements.
- Review and strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Provide leadership and development to the finance team, including building team capabilities and supporting change management efforts.
- Drive performance management and business partnering initiatives to support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Support the business through ongoing transformation and organisational change while maintaining financial discipline and operational continuity.
