Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Demand Generation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to the identified prospects, building and maintaining prospect relationships, and generating qualified appointments primarily from the UAE market or other markets outside India that drive revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities Area:

● Outreach using a given set of prospects through different channels

● Collaborate with the founder and ICP team to find relevant prospects

● Own the following KPIs -- Pitch Rate, Pitch to Lead %, Demo Conversion %, etc and optimize them

● Handle rejections and convert them into positive conversations.

● Meet the monthly demo targets

Qualifications/Skill set:

● Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● Ability to understand data and basic knowledge of MS Excel

● Curiosity and interest in learning B2B lead generation

● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Self-starter, hustler, and result-oriented mindset.

● Availability during weekdays during UAE business hours is required.
