We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Marketing to oversee the diverse portfolio of the company. This role will be responsible for developing global brand strategies, leading integrated marketing initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and positioning frameworks for all brands within the portfolio.
- Lead the execution of global marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and experiential platforms.
- Ensure alignment in brand identity and messaging across regions while supporting localized market needs.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
- Oversee brand performance, define KPIs, and ensure measured ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Manage brand marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-regional brand marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with product development, operations, digital, and culinary innovation teams to support brand growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within the F&B, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated success in multi-market or global brand management.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and driving performance-based outcomes.
