Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage and advise about mobility/cross border employment requests;
  • Manage global mobility service providers;
  • Policy drafting;
  • Hands-on operational assistance with all HR-related topics (also outside of global mobility, when requested).

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent (specialization in HR, or legal/tax/economics);
  • Min 8-10 years in-house and consultancy HR Manager experience is preferable;
  • Global mobility (Tax/legal/expat/policies) expertise is a must;
  • International payroll management / Compensation and Benefits experience;
  • Be comfortable with reading and drafting employment contracts and HR policies (HR collaborates with the legal, finance and compliance functions daily with respect to employee matters);
  • Ability to regard tasks with a helicopter view to consider the various consequences of a request, e.g., a request to relocate contracts or staff (physically or not), or the realization that the impact of certain decisions is different in the various Company locations (one size fits all approach is not an option);
  • Experience leading projects, such as Requests for Proposal, selection of suppliers, activities that include data transfers (e.g., stemming from IT system interfacing).
