Job summary/overview:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for national and international recruitment and selection processes, to sustain the growth of Teleperformance Customer Experts (CE), Teams and to recruit and select the best possible talent. The Mid-Level Recruiter Specialist recruit and select CEs based on the profile specified by the partner, within the deadlines, taking into consideration the volume and desired operating hours.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Researching job markets across Europe and identifying suitable candidates for open positions.
2. Create job ads to support recruitment.
3. Managing the selection process and keeping the applications database updated.
4. Analyze CVs and make pre-selection calls, both with local and international applicants from all over Europe.
5. Validating applicants language skills, technical skills, and soft skills required.
6. Organizing, preparing, and executing selection activities, such as (online) selection test, group dynamics, and interviews.
7. Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad.
8. Presenting a final short-list of selected candidates.
9. Interaction with other departments to improve and or maximize the project(s) results.
10. Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovative methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
11. Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately.
12. Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc..
Job Requirements:
Higher Education Degree.
Fluency in English.
From 2 to 5 years of Experience in Recruitment and Selection.
International experience is a plus.
