Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's global business development strategy, focusing on IP licensing, strategic partnerships, and new market penetration
  • Lead complex commercial engagements with semiconductor manufacturers, foundries, design houses, and OEMs across North America, Europe, and Asia
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate licensing agreements, joint ventures, and technology collaborations aligned with the company's long-term roadmap
  • Act as a key commercial interface between engineering, product development, and executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategies based on customer needs and technological capabilities
  • Establish and grow a high-quality global customer pipeline, leveraging market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry insights
  • Represent the company at major industry forums, customer events, and investor briefings, positioning the brand as a leader in SoC innovation

Requirements

  • Strong technical background (e.g., degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar), with deep knowledge of SoC architecture, semiconductor design, and manufacturing processes
  • Minimum 10+ years of business development, strategic sales, or commercial leadership experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with IP/licensing-based business models
  • Proven ability to close high-value licensing deals and develop long-term strategic relationships with Tier 1 clients
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
