About the role
Pay10 is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Global Sales Director to lead international enterprise sales growth across key markets. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with deep fintech expertise, a strong global network, and a proven ability to scale high-performing commercial teams across multiple geographies.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding Pay10's global merchant footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across regions including the UK, Europe, MENA, Asia, and North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Pay10's global enterprise sales strategy, including prospecting, client acquisition, relationship management, and long-term account growth.
- Identify, develop, and close high-value merchant and strategic partnership opportunities across international markets.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and account expansion.
- Build and maintain a robust global sales pipeline across verticals including retail, travel, e-commerce, fintech, logistics, and enterprise services.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver market-aligned solutions and seamless client implementation.
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Pay10 at international conferences, exhibitions, and fintech forums to strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Build, mentor, and lead geographically distributed sales teams, ensuring alignment to revenue targets and commercial objectives.
- Deliver regular reporting to executive leadership on pipeline health, forecasting, revenue performance, and strategic commercial initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services across international markets.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing large-scale enterprise accounts globally.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including payment gateways, acquiring, POS solutions, embedded finance, cross-border payments, and merchant services.
- Established network across fintech, banking, enterprise commerce, or payments ecosystems internationally.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.
- Highly commercial, results-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
