EgyBell is hiring Global Security Manager for a multinational financial organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Security Management
1. Implement and administer a global comprehensive Security Management service covering all Bank areas to safeguard the Bank's Headquarters Building, Branches and residences and its occupants.
2. Ensure security assessments and penetration tests are regularly conducted and provide recommendations for global security department improvement.
3. Maintain and acquire security communication, surveillance, screening, access equipment and systems.
4. Ensure security providers deliver on, and comply with, pre-defined and pre-agreed service level agreements, standards and Bank's policies and procedures.
5. Set budget and financial forecasting to ensure that all security activities are delivered within the Financial Plans.
6. Ensure all members comply with the Bank's regulations, policies and procedures, environmental requirements, sanitary rules and all other requirements stipulated by applicable laws, codes, and the instructions of authorities.
7. Ensure having an adequate and detailed records reflecting all the operational security decisions and that all security documentation is correctly recorded and stored including, but not limited to, reports, notices, security schedules and plans, Investigations records, security equipment manuals, etc.
8. Ensure having an effective risk management planning and practice, which should be in full compliance with ISO Risk Management Standards, to properly classify any threats (based on their effect and frequency), achieve all planned objectives, and effectively allocate and use all available resources for risk treatment.
9. Actively engage and liaise with the Government authorities to ensure provision of necessary protections of Bank facilities and personnel.
10. Responsible for following up and securing AATC projects, travel security, and Events in addition to responding to Emergency calls and sudden events.
Travel and Security Evacuation Management
1. Manage Bank global travel risk, issuing staff with pre-travel advisories and coordinating with Service Providers, emergency responses.
2. Maintain National Security Evacuation Plans at all Bank locations in all planned / unplanned events.
3. Make standby security arrangements in the event of emergency evacuations, including providing security staff to designated assembly points, securing staff locations, etc.
Travel and Security Evacuation Management
1. Manage Bank global travel risk, issuing staff with pre-travel advisories and coordinating with Service Providers, emergency responses.
2. Maintain National Security Evacuation Plans at all Bank locations in all planned / unplanned events.
3. Make standby security arrangements in the event of emergency evacuations, including providing security staff to designated assembly points, securing staff locations, etc.
Access Management
1. In conjunction with the director, elaborate and implement a Bank- Wide and centralized access management system and ensure that all activities are in line with QHSE standards and Bank policies and procedures.
2. Provide a comprehensive evaluation and recommendations to the Director, after reviewing the impact and consequences of the access management system to ensure meeting service level agreements, QHSE standards, and operational compliance requirements.
3. Monitor Access Cards Requests on the system and ensure that the access management team usually take the needed steps to review and confirm the accuracy of all the required documents and information and directly create new users for the new joiners and activate their cards.
4. Maintain a detailed and completed access management process-related documents and ensure that they are regularly archived on the electronic archiving system.
5. Maintain a smooth running of the system and regularly monitor its status and ensure that all access card readers and panels are connected.
6. Review all the submitted requests on the ticketing system and ensure that all supporting documents are accurate and completed Oath of secrecy and National ID and coordinate with the responsible parties to complete any missing documents or information.
7. Submit periodic progress reports to the Director, documenting and summarizing the status of the access management system and provide recommendations for any corrective action.
Team Management
1. Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to ensure an efficient delivery of reports and successful achievement of objectives.
2. Evaluate and direct team members, perform regular assessment to ensure compliance with all the agreed upon KPIs.
3. Create a clear and adequate workflow that assures smooth execution of all the ongoing tasks.
4. Ensure that strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs.
5. Build effective team spirit to enable all team members to work well together and achieve optimum performance.
6. Build trust and improve accountability in the team by setting clear expectations, listening and creating a space for their contribution, challenging and inspiring them, accepting mistakes and working on their weakness.
Others: Provide any other security services to the Bank building, residences, other Bank operational locations and Bank events as may be requested and pre-agreed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in law and Police Sciences - Police Academy or any related field Fluent in speaking and writing English.
More than 10 years of experience in the same field (more than 6 years of experience in the same position )
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Previous military or police service.
Excellent understanding of Egyptian law.
Professional experience in CCTV installation.
Solid investigation skills.
Holding the rank of a commissioner (military or police officer) is an added advantage.
MBA holder is essential.
PMP certification is essential.
