Global Security Specialist - 12 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Global Security Specialist to support security operations across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. This role will play a key part in enhancing site security, monitoring regional threats, supporting investigations, and contributing to crisis management and business resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related matters across the MEA region.
• Conduct site security inspections, reviews, training, and security awareness activities.
• Monitor and assess regional security threats and geopolitical developments.
• Support security investigations and provide risk-based recommendations.
• Perform security assessments and audits across multiple locations.
• Provide security support for executive travel, major events, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen physical security programs and emergency response capabilities.
• Support crisis management and business resilience activities across the region.
• Undertake other security-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience conducting threat and risk assessments using a risk-based approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Flexibility to respond to security-related incidents outside standard business hours when required.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
• Strong understanding of geopolitical and security developments affecting the Middle East & Africa region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in physical security programs and systems.
• Familiarity with access control systems, CCTV platforms, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience supporting crisis management, emergency response, or business continuity programs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, International Relations, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Previous international travel and/or regional security experience within the Middle East & Africa.
