Role Description Right to Dream – Egypt is hiring a Goal-Keeper Coach that will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills of our young and senior goalkeepers. The Goal- Keeper should conduct dynamic and engaging goalkeeper training sessions for our students/players.

Responsibilities

• Developing specialized training programs catered to the needs of RtD's Competitive Teams goalkeepers.
• Assisting in talent identification and player development assessments for potential advancement within the organization.
• Collaborating with the coaching staff to integrate goalkeepers skills into team strategies and tactics.
• Conduct match preparation meetings and analysis specific for the goalkeepers.
• Motivating and inspiring goalkeepers to achieve their full potential both on and off the field.
• Work closely with the head of coaching in developing tactics and strategies tailored to RtD needs.
• Develop & progress adaptable players capable of performing to a high standard.
• Manage all aspects of practice and game planning.
• Conduct player reviews and maintain records.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of holding a Bachelor Degree
• Very Good English and Arabic (verbal and written)
• Previous coaching experience, preferably working with goalkeepers at various skill levels.
• In-depth knowledge of football regulations and procedures.
