About the Role
We are a [digital marketing / SaaS] company building white-label solutions on GoHighLevel for our clients, with a focus on performance, automation, and scalable systems.
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Expert who can design and build complete CRM structures and workflow automation for clients, and translate business requirements into robust funnels, journeys, and SaaS-style account setups on the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked deeply with GoHighLevel (or similar all-in-one CRMs) and understands how to build systems rather than just campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build client CRM setups inside GoHighLevel, including:
- Pipelines and opportunity stages are aligned with each client's sales process
- Calendars and booking systems
- Contacts, tags, segments, and custom fields
- Build and maintain:
- Workflow automation for clients, covering lead capture, qualification, nurturing, reminders, and follow-up
- Funnels and websites (landing pages, thank you pages, upsell pages, etc.)
- Forms, surveys, and chat widgets, integrated with campaigns and traffic sources
- Set up and integrate:
- Email delivery (Mailgun or LC Email)
- SMS and calls (Twilio or LC Phone)
- Other channels as needed (e.g. WhatsApp, social integrations)
- Create and maintain Snapshots that can be reused across multiple clients or niches (e.g. real estate, service businesses).
- (If applicable) Configure SaaS Mode:
- Plans, features, and permissions
- Stripe integration
- Rebilling for communications and add-ons
- Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools and platforms (Zapier, Make, webhooks, and other CRMs or apps).
- Troubleshoot issues related to tracking, deliverability, workflows, CRM configuration, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to:
- Map client customer journeys and convert them into practical CRM structures and workflow automation inside GoHighLevel
- Improve conversion rates, show-up rates, and closing rates across funnels
- Document all CRM setups, workflows, and configurations so that other team members can understand, replicate, and maintain them.
Required Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 12 years), preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Strong experience in:
- Designing and implementing CRM structures for clients (pipelines, stages, segmentation, tagging)
- Building complex workflows (conditions, if/else logic, webhooks, triggers, etc.)
- Delivering complete funnels from concept to go-live
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals:
- Lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and follow-up sequences
- Practical experience with:
- Twilio / LC Phone, Mailgun / LC Email, and Stripe or similar tools
- Basic DNS and domain configuration (sending domains, tracking domains, white-label setup)
- Good English skills (reading and writing) for working inside the platform and documenting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with SaaS Mode / White-Label SaaS on GoHighLevel (plans, pricing, rebilling, snapshots as products).
- Experience working with real estate, service-based businesses, or other lead-driven industries.
- Familiarity with tracking and integrating Meta Ads / Google Ads (lead forms, conversion tracking, web events).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for light customization of funnels and pages.
- Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, Make, Pabbly, Integrately, etc.
