Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gold Accountant located in Jeddah. The Gold Accountant will manage the financial aspects of the gold inventory, including valuation, accounting, and reconciliation. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of gold transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to safeguard assets and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and inventory management
• Experience in auditing, reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Knowledge of gold valuation and expertise in monitoring inventory trends
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools used for financial tracking and analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA or equivalent) are a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is an added advantage
