Job Description:
Propose, execute, and optimize performance-driven Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display,
YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing sizable ad
budgets, delivering measurable ROI, and staying ahead of Google's evolving advertising tools and best
practices.
Responsibilities:
* Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Propose, create, and manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube,
Shopping, Performance Max) aligned with business goals and target KPIs.
* Optimization & Performance Management:
Monitor daily performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement strategies to improve CTR,
Quality Score, CPC, and conversion rates.
* Keyword Research & Audience Targeting:
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize
reach and relevance.
* Tracking & Analytics:
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and
other analytics tools to ensure accurate performance measurement.
* Budget Management:
Manage daily/monthly ad spend across campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of budgets for
maximum ROI.
* Reporting & Insights:
Prepare detailed campaign performance reports, provide actionable insights, and present
recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on Google Ads updates, new features, and digital advertising trends to maintain
competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements
o bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
o 35 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency or client-side).
o Experience with large-scale budgets and performance-driven campaigns.
o Experience across multiple campaign types (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.).
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
o Strong analytical and reporting skills using Data Studio / Looker Studio is a plus.
o Understanding of SEO principles, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), & remarketing.
o Familiarity with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
* Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
o Google Ads Search Certification
o Google Ads Display Certification
o Google Analytics Certification
