This is a remote, contract role for a Google Ads & Paid Social Specialist. The role involves managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and various social media channels to achieve key performance indicators. Daily responsibilities include developing ad strategies, keyword research, creating paid media content, monitoring campaign performance, and providing data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI. Regular communication with the creative and marketing teams will also ensure alignment with brand goals.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Paid Social Media Advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and keyword research
• Capability in Campaign Optimization, Performance Analysis, and Budget Management
• Experience in Analytical Tools such as Google Analytics and Ad Reporting Platforms
• Strong knowledge of Advertising Strategies and Digital Marketing Techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks
• Prior experience in the art or creative industries is a plus
• Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is advantageous but not required
