Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee and monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of governance practices.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding corporate governance.
- Ensure company compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct compliance reviews and manage the compliance monitoring program.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage regulatory filings and documentation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience, predominantly in Compliance domain.
- Experience working with related entities such as fund of funds, sovereign wealth funds, or government-backed investment firms.
- Strong KYC expertise: prior experience in a similar role is essential.
