Purpose
To provide general management, and effective organization with governance support and advice through all governance transactions and litigations, in order to protect Organization interests from a governance perspective, and ensure compliance with local regulations, and adopted policies and procedure within the Organizational standards and approved policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure that organization is compliant with applicable legislative and administrative requirements, in order to safeguard the Company.
- Define governance role and responsibilities to establish clear accountability.
- Maintain, review and update key governance documents to ensure efficient and accountable decision making.
- Draft Corporate Governance rules & policies.
- Provide advice's on Corporate Governance matters.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the key Stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance withal relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
- Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures
- Ensure the Divisional compliance with the Code of Conduct to ensure operating within the acceptable risk and ethical levels
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Professional Certificate .
