Key Responsibilities
- Organisation‑wide governance and policy development
- ERM framework design, implementation, and monitoring
- Internal control enhancement and assurance activities
- Risk reporting, escalation mechanisms, and oversight processes
- Cross‑functional governance alignment and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in governance, risk management, regulatory roles, or senior compliance/risk positions within financial services
- Strong background in risk assurance, risk advisory, and ERM implementation
- Deep understanding of governance frameworks and internal control environments
- Ability to interpret regulatory, legal, and operational risk implications
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and driving organisation‑wide improvements
