Job Description

Job Purpose:

To lead the design and activation of the company's corporate governance and corporate development framework by establishing and standardizing policies, procedures, and operational mechanisms. The role ensures clarity of roles and authorities, alignment across departments, and strengthened institutional disciplinewhile maintaining the agility and speed required in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a corporate governance framework aligned with the company's technology-driven nature and growth stage.
  • Develop, standardize, and document policies and operational procedures, ensuring practical applicability within the work environment.
  • Define and regulate authorities, decision-making flows, and clarify roles and responsibilities across departments.
  • Document, review, and optimize operational processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Strengthen institutional discipline without compromising execution speed and organizational agility.
  • Assess organizational maturity, identify structural and operational gaps, and propose corrective actions.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and manage organizational change programs.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments to resolve operational and structural conflicts.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, measure effectiveness, and update frameworks when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Governance, Organizational Development, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in governance, operations, or organizational development.
  • Previous experience in technology companies, digital businesses, or fast-growing environments is highly preferred.

  • Ability to translate operational challenges into structured systems and clear procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
