Job Title: Government Relations Manager
Job Objective:
To manage and coordinate all company operations related to government entities, ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations, facilitating government procedures, and strengthening relationships with relevant authorities to support the company's operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all government-related transactions for the company and employees (e.g., Passport Office, Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Municipalities, Ministry of Commerce, and other authorities).
Monitor the issuance and renewal of all regulatory licenses and permits.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government representatives to ensure timely processing of transactions and resolve any obstacles.
Track regulatory updates and ensure company compliance with government laws and regulations, while informing internal departments of any changes.
Prepare periodic reports on government transactions and potential regulatory risks.
Supervise the Government Relations team, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Represent the company in official meetings and field visits with government bodies.
Contribute to improving processes related to government procedures and developing internal policies.
Follow up on fines and violations, work on resolving them, and reducing their occurrence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Government Relations, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of government regulations and official electronic platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
Proficiency in computer use and email systems.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
