Our Abu Dhabi office is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GRO Officer to join our team and support our operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Government Liaison:

• Coordinate with the municipality, economic department, and other authorities regarding trade licences, new office setups, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with local labour and immigration laws and ensure HR and management are informed of changes.

Administrative Oversight:

• Handle visa, labour card, and passport matters for new starters, transfers, renewals, and leavers.
• Oversee documentation preparation and legal processes, including certificate attestation and document translations.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and compliant immigration and labour records.
• Prepare and submit reports as required for management and local authorities.

Team Collaboration:

• Act as a key support to the regional management and HR team.
• Address employee enquiries and provide timely administrative support.
