Job Summary:
The Government Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all government-related processes for employees, including visa renewals, work permits, and residency matters. This role involves reviewing and handling government transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and staying updated on regulatory changes. The Coordinator will liaise with authorities on HR-related matters, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all government-related processes for employees, such as visa renewals, work permits, and residency matters.
- Manage and review government transactions for ABH in collaboration with various authorities.
- Conduct continuous reviews of administrative processes related to employee immigration and residency requirements.
- Collaborate with government authorities to ensure the smooth and timely completion of all necessary transactions.
- Stay updated on changes in government regulations and provide guidance on required documentation and details for completing transactions.
- Monitor government systems and provide regular status reports to management on ongoing transactions.
- Ensure that all documentation for government transactions is complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather and update necessary documentation for processing government requests.
- Address government-related inquiries and resolve any issues related to company transactions with government agencies.
- Provide efficient solutions for any challenges or obstacles encountered during the transaction process.
Requirements:
- +8 years of experience in government relations, HR operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, business regulations, and immigration procedures, including Saudization.
- Proven experience in obtaining and renewing business licenses, work permits, and visas.
- Established relationships with relevant government authorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
