Key Responsibilities :
Handle property-related licensing including:
Commercial Registration (CR)
Municipality (Baladi) licenses
Civil Defense approvals
Coordinate for renewals of existing licenses
Liaise with municipalities, landlords, and regulatory bodies for compliance
Sales , entertainment ,promotion license
Track license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals
Prepare reports related on facilities, and administrative activities
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
2–5 years of experience as an Admin & GRO Specialist in Saudi Arabia
Strong experience in retail operations, facilities management, and property licensing
Hands-on experience with Saudi government portals and regulations
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor and government procedures
Experience handling facility operations and vendor management
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and deadlines
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
