El Amin for Gelatin Company, a leading player in the gelatin manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Security, Governmental Relations & Legal Affairs Manager to join our team. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a professional who can effectively manage governmental relations, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and oversee security frameworks that protect the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong and effective relationships with governmental and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company before governmental bodies and follow up on licenses, permits, approvals, and official documentation required for operations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on changes in laws, regulations, and governmental policies that may impact the company's business, providing proactive recommendations to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective engagement with government stakeholders to support and protect the company's interests.
• Oversee and manage the company's legal affairs, including contract review and negotiation, legal compliance, and dispute management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters, claims, and litigation.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and various departments to support informed decision-making.
• Establish and supervise high-level security policies and frameworks to safeguard the company's assets, facilities, employees, and reputation, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that security operations, systems, and procedures comply with applicable laws and governmental standards, without focusing on day-to-day security execution.

Qualifications

Graduated from Military Academy / Police Academy. A master's degree is a plus.

8-10 years of experience in security management and governmental relations, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and governmental processes in Egypt.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
