We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused GP Aesthetic Doctor / Dermatologist to join our dermatology and aesthetic practice. The role involves delivering high-quality medical and cosmetic skin treatments, consulting patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting clinic revenue growth through ethical aesthetic practice.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct dermatology consultations and skin assessments
- Diagnose and treat common skin conditions (acne, pigmentation, eczema, dermatitis, hair loss)
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as:
- Botox injections
- Dermal fillers
- PRP therapy
- Chemical peels
- Mesotherapy
- Skin boosters
- Laser treatment supervision
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Ensure proper documentation of patient medical history and treatment records
Aesthetic Practice & Patient Care
- Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention levels
- Ensure safe clinical practice aligned with DHA regulations
- Support ethical upselling of treatment packages where appropriate
- Handle follow-ups and post-procedure care
Compliance & Clinical Standards
- Maintain compliance with DHA clinical protocols
- Ensure infection control and treatment safety standards
- Keep accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in clinical audits when required
Business Contribution
- Support clinic revenue targets through treatment delivery
- Promote skincare products where medically appropriate
- Contribute to patient engagement initiatives
- Maintain strong professional reputation of the clinic
Requirements
Mandatory
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter
- MBBS (for GP Aesthetic Doctor) OR MD Dermatology
- Minimum 2–3 years aesthetic dermatology experience
- Experience performing injectables independently
Preferred
- Experience with laser platforms (Candela / Cynosure / Alma)
- Strong patient consultation skills
- Arabic speaker (adv.)
- Existing patient base (optional advantage)
