Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Practitioner Veterinarian, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The GP-Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing the health and wellbeing of small animal patients, with a focus on dogs and cats. Daily responsibilities include performing routine wellness exams, administering vaccinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting surgeries, delivering dental care, and advising owners on pet health and nutrition. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the veterinary team to ensure the highest level of care is provided in a professional and compassionate manner.

Qualifications

Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in preventative care, internal medicine, and routine animal wellness checkups.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal to effectively educate pet owners about health care and treatment plans

5 years with MOCCAE License.

• Proficiency in developing and executing treatment plans tailored to individual patients needs, including nutritional plans
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with veterinary technicians and clinic staff
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, with a valid veterinary license recognized in Dubai, UAE
• Prior experience in a general veterinary practice is preferred
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in veterinary medicine
