GRAD TRAINEE - QHSE - Emirati Talent

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation and monitoring of QHSE Health & Safety policies, procedures, and GRCS frameworks.

Assist in compliance tracking with internal standards and applicable H&S regulations.

Participate in risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety inspections.

Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up of corrective actions.

Maintain H&S records, registers, reports, and compliance documentation.

Assist in internal audits, reviews, and safety awareness initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture.

Program Scope & Development:

Structured graduate training with hands-on exposure to GRCS and QHSE Health & Safety operations.

On-the-job learning supported by experienced professionals and mentors.

Exposure to compliance monitoring, risk management, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Ongoing performance feedback and development throughout the program.

Candidate Requirements:

Emiratization.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.

Strong interest in Health & Safety, governance, risk, and compliance.

Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Good communication skills in English.

Eagerness to learn and work in a regulated environment.

Program Duration:

24 months.
