The Grader Operator is responsible for safely operating motor graders for leveling, grading, and surface preparation works at project sites. The role ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency in line with project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate motor graders efficiently for road leveling, land grading, and surface finishing activities
- Perform daily equipment inspection and basic maintenance checks before operation
- Ensure grading works are completed as per site drawings, levels, and supervisor instructions
- Maintain safety standards at site and follow all HSE guidelines
- Report equipment faults, breakdowns, or unsafe conditions immediately
- Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other operators to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of equipment
- Complete assigned tasks within project timelines and productivity targets
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Grader Operator
- Valid Heavy Tractor Driving License Category No. 8 (Mandatory)
- Experience working on construction, road works, or infrastructure projects preferred
