We are looking for a highly ambitious and relationship-driven recent graduate to join our Executive Serach team as a Graduate Associate – Research & Client Relationship Development.

As an intern, you will receive comprehensive training in senior candidate mapping, sourcing and screening, market research, and building relationships with senior professionals. You will also be trained on our next-generation search platform that powers our research, workflow and account management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Map, source and screen senior candidates for C-Suite and critical roles
• Research target markets, companies and senior decision-makers
• Support the Co-Founders in building and developing relationships with senior executives
• Identify new opportunities across the region
• Keep research and relationship records accurate and up to date
• Support the Co-Founders with outreach and follow-up

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong research and communication skills
• Natural relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
• Close attention to detail and excellent time management
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation

• AED 2,000 / month (Months 1–3)
• AED 3,000 / month (Months 4–6, if extended)
• AED 6,000 / month (Month 7)
• Quarterly Commission

Office Hours

• Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM (Office)
