Minimum 0-1 years of experience.
Qualified graduate in Electrical Engineering.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of MEP design principles and building services systems.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Project Role
- Carry out duties in accordance with company procedures and implement prescribed systems of work.
Company Role
- Follow the company training scheme fulfilling objectives to assist personal development and provide a basis for future progression within the company.
- Contribute to the development of the company systems by reviewing existing procedures and commenting using the feedback system.
- Begin to take part in task groups to represent the team that you are working in.
- Attend team meetings providing feedback on your/company development where possible.
- Applying policies relating to health & safety, quality and training.
Engineering Function
- Role is an graduate engineer within a team working under close supervision by Engineers and Senior Engineers.
- Understand design philosophy/design fundamentals.
- Be familiar with Architect/Service Engineers drawings/specifications etc.
- Assist senior engineers in design and preparation of MEP systems and specialize in their discipline.
- Support in preparation of markups in PDF or CAD & prepare schematics using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash free designs.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports, progress updates and maintain design documentation and records as required.
- Use engineering software including BIM 7.
QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
