Graduate Engineering Trainee

Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering

Graduation Year: 2025 or graduating in 2026

Role Overview

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will begin a structured technical journey designed to build strong engineering fundamentals along with customer-facing exposure.

This is a field-based role involving industrial site visits across different Emirates. You will work closely with the Energy Systems and Technical Sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in steam systems, energy benchmarking, and process efficiency, with a clear pathway toward a Technical Sales Engineer role.

What You'll Do

Participate in structured training in steam and energy systems

Conduct plant visits and site surveys

Support energy benchmarking and system performance assessments

Work with senior engineers to identify efficiency opportunities

Prepare technical documentation and reports

Engage with clients to understand operational requirements

What We're Looking For

Fresh graduates (2025) or graduating by 2026

Strong analytical and communication skills

Interest in energy efficiency and client-facing roles

Willingness to travel for site visits

Arabic fluency is an advantage
