Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers and project teams in planning, design, and implementation activities
- Support the preparation of engineering drawings, calculations, and documentation
- Participate in site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress and quality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to learn and contribute to project tasks
- Engage in training programs and professional development opportunities
- Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Perform technical research and support problem-solving activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree recently obtained in Engineering disciplines such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or up to 1-2 years of experience
- Strong enthusiasm to learn and develop technical and professional skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of engineering software is a plus
