To provide administrative support to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in HSE management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain and update HSE records, logs, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute HSE reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.
- Compliance & Audits:
- Assist in coordinating internal and external HSE audits.
- Ensure all documentation is aligned with ISO standards and local regulations.
- Training & Induction:
- Support the scheduling and tracking of HSE training sessions.
- Prepare induction materials for new employees and contractors.
- Incident Management:
- Log and track incident reports, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Assist in compiling investigation reports under supervision.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage HSE-related correspondence and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and handle general office tasks for the HSE team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations
