We are looking for a motivated Graduate Internal Audit Consultant to join our boutique consulting team.

This is an opportunity to develop practical experience in internal audit, risk management, internal controls and business process improvement, while working closely with experienced consultants and client teams.

What You'll Do

You will support our team on assignments involving:

• Internal audit and control reviews
• Risk and control assessments
• Business process walkthroughs
• Internal control testing
• Governance and compliance reviews
• Analysis of audit findings
• Preparation of audit working papers and reports
• Development of practical recommendations
• Client meetings and information-gathering discussions

As you gain experience, you will progressively take ownership of specific areas of an engagement and have opportunities to interact directly with client stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you are:

• A recent graduate or have limited relevant work experience.
• Graduated in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Analytical, curious and willing to ask questions.
• Detail-oriented and organised.
• A clear and confident communicator.
• Comfortable working with Excel and business documents.
• Interested in how businesses operate, manage risk and improve their processes.

Previous internal-audit experience is not required.

Internship experience in audit, accounting, consulting, risk, compliance or finance will be an advantage.

Professional Qualifications

Candidates pursuing or interested in qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA or CISA are welcome to apply.

Professional qualifications are not a prerequisite. We place strong emphasis on attitude, analytical ability, communication skills and potential to grow.
