About the Program

The Sidra Capital Graduate Internship Program 2026 is designed to empower ambitious Saudi graduates by providing them with practical experience and professional development in key business areas. The program focuses on developing skills in Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and Legal. Participants will gain valuable exposure to real projects and receive mentorship from experienced professionals across the organization. This is a six-month internship program starting August 1, 2026, and ending January 30, 2027.

About the Role

Graduate interns will be assigned to departments aligned with their academic backgrounds and career interests. Interns will gain hands-on experience by supporting business operations, participating in department projects, and learning directly from industry professionals. The internship aims to provide a foundational experience that prepares graduates for long-term careers in the finance and investment sector.

Responsibilities

• Work on real-world projects under the supervision of experienced mentors in the assigned divisions, such as Asset Management, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and Legal.
• Participate in professional development initiatives, including training sessions.
• Contribute to day-to-day department activities and support business functions as assigned.
• Assist in gathering data, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings.
• Engage in job-shadowing opportunities to gain a broader understanding of Sidra Capital business.

Qualifications

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Legal, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 5 (or equivalent).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
