MAG Graduate Development Program is Al-Mansour Automotive Group's structured entry point for recent university graduates. Over 6 months, participants rotate through real, hands-on assignments in their assigned track, receive dedicated mentorship from senior professionals, and build the functional and leadership skills needed to grow into a permanent role at one of Egypt's leading automotive groups.

We are looking for Engineering Graduates – Class of 2025 & 2026 to join our After Sales Technical Department and kick-start their careers in one of the most dynamic areas of the automotive business.

As an After Sales Technical Trainee, you will join the After Sales Technical team and undergo structured on-the-job training to develop your technical knowledge, presentation skills, and understanding of After Sales operations.

You will gain exposure to different After Sales functions while supporting the preparation and delivery of technical training sessions for employees.

Tasks:

• Attend and support the delivery of technical training sessions for employees across different After Sales departments.
• Assist in preparing training presentations, materials, and technical content under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Develop a strong understanding of vehicle systems, technical processes, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Support the preparation of training content based on the learning needs of different After Sales teams.
• Gain exposure to Service, Workshop, Body & Paint, and other After Sales functions.
• Assist in delivering practical and theoretical training sessions as technical knowledge and confidence develop.
• Support the team in evaluating employees understanding and knowledge after training sessions.
• Assist in identifying technical training needs and development areas within After Sales teams.
• Continuously build knowledge of new vehicle technologies, technical standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Work closely with experienced After Sales professionals to understand real-life technical challenges and how knowledge is applied in the workplace.
• Gradually take ownership of assigned training sessions and technical topics as part of the trainee's development journey.
• Contribute to creating a culture of continuous technical learning and knowledge sharing across the After Sales organization.

Education:

• Engineering graduates from 2025 or 2026.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the automotive industry and vehicle technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Confident speaking in front of groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge with others.
• Good command of English.

Experience:

• Fresh graduate, or up to one year of relevant internship or work experience
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Able to commit to the full 6-month program
• Males should have their military status as Complete
