Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to provide assistance to our Dubai branch and support the back-office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Dubai branch and assist in various back-office tasks.
- Attend to branch accounts, including preparation of statements, regulatory returns, reconciliation, and other related activities in collaboration with the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager.
- Oversee salary processing and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare Manager Cheques as required.
- Post customer charges, including statements and cheque books.
- Process entries related to ICCS (Image Cheque Clearing System), DDS (Direct Debit System), and FTS (Funds Transfer System).
- Carry out standing instructions and verify vouchers/statements for accuracy.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Deputy Branch Operations Manager or Operations Manager as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Emirati nationals only.
- Recent graduates or candidates with relevant experience in the finance or accounting field.
- Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Adequate computer skills, particularly in accounting applications.
