Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic (Emirati) college graduates to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in IT, Application Support, Healthcare IT, Operations, or Business Support functions. The selected candidates will undergo training and work closely with experienced professionals to support business-critical applications and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and understand organizational processes, applications, and support procedures.
• Provide operational and application support to end users.
• Monitor and resolve assigned tickets within defined SLAs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical and functional issues.
• Maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharma, Dental or any other medical fields, or related disciplines.
• Recent graduates (2025/2026 pass-outs preferred).
• Consistent academic performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.

Desired Skills

• Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Basic Healthcare workflow understanding is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
