Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Employee Relations, including phone call handling and visitor management.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and basic reports, maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage office supplies and track requests, ensuring a well-equipped work environment.
  • Support recruitment by posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, preparing new-joiner files, and collecting necessary documentation.
  • Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data protection regulations.
  • Generate simple reports and track HR service desk tickets, following up with stakeholders.
  • Support training administration, including attendance tracking and certificate preparation.
  • Assist with HR events, career fairs, and employee engagement activities, promoting a positive work culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with graduation within the last 2 years and a GPA of 2.8 or higher.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Required Skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Prior internship or volunteering experience in HR, higher education, or public sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional skills, with a growth mindset.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and practices is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • A passion for HR and a desire to contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace.
