About the Role

This is an initiative by the Emirati Development Centre (EDC) at PureHealth, designed to build future-ready, digitally fluent Emirati young leaders through hands-on business experience, formal learning, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure. Over 12 months, trainees will embark on a transformative journey of personal and professional growth to build the capabilities needed for an accelerated career with PureHealth. Upon successful completion, trainees will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role and become part of PureHealth's mission to redefine and shape the future of healthcare.

About the EDC Graduate Trainee Programme

This strategic initiative directly strengthens the UAE's national talent pipeline, accelerating the development of high-potential Emirati graduates and building sustainable national capabilities.

The programme is designed as a one-year structured development journey that combines meaningful on-the-job experience with targeted learning, leadership development, mentorship, and professional assessments to prepare participants for successful long-term careers within PureHealth.

Areas of Responsibility

• Learn the fundamentals of PureHealth's integrated healthcare ecosystem
• Contribute to business projects across the organization while working with experienced colleagues and mentors
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions to deliver shared objectives
• Prepare and present insights and project outcomes to senior leaders
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning throughout the program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, non-clinical fields (Management and other specialties)
• Recent graduates and early-career professionals with up to 1 year of experience
• GPA 3.0 and Above
• Basic understanding of data analysis and digital tools; proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent English
