We are currently looking for ambitious graduates with backgrounds in Architecture and Civil Engineering who are eager to develop their technical knowledge and gain hands-on exposure within a professional business environment.

Who Are We Looking For

Candidates should:

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
• Have graduated within the last two years; students awaiting final results may also apply
• Demonstrate a strong academic record, preferably with a GPA of 3.5 or above, or an equivalent academic achievement
• Show a genuine interest in engineering, construction, project development, design, and the built environment
• Possess strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to collaborate confidently with different teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn
• Show initiative, adaptability, and an interest in developing within a fast-paced business environment
